This policy applies to all individuals working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees, directors, officers, agency workers, contractors, consultants, and any other third-party representatives.
3. Responsibility for the Policy
- Management: Responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations, and that all those under our control comply with it, lies with our Compliance Manager.
- Staff Compliance: All employees and those under our control are expected to prevent, recognize, and report any issues relating to potential modern slavery or human trafficking in any parts of our business or supply chains.
4. Compliance Measures
- Risk Assessment: Regular risk assessments regarding modern slavery and human trafficking, particularly within our supply chains.
- Due Diligence: Conducting due diligence on all new suppliers, and regularly reviewing existing suppliers, to ensure compliance with this policy.
- Training: Providing training on this policy and the risks our business faces from modern slavery and human trafficking.
5. Reporting Modern Slavery
Employees, customers, or others working with us who suspect a breach of this policy are encouraged to report their concerns without fear of retaliation. This can be done through our internal reporting mechanism.
6. Breaches of This Policy
Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organizations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
